Before you commit.
Most matters come to us when a direction is beginning to take shape.
This session gives you the space to examine that direction before making a commitment.
We do not begin by assuming that the problem has already been defined correctly. We begin with the people defining it.
From there, we look at the context, the knowledge available, the assumptions being made, the perspectives involved and the outcome you are trying to achieve.
The purpose is simple: to understand what you are dealing with before deciding what to do next.
Why the whole team
One matter. Multiple perspectives.
No two matters are the same, so no two sessions are the same.
We offer a session when the members of our team most relevant to your matter are available to examine it together. This allows different perspectives to be explored in one conversation rather than across separate discussions.
For that reason, sessions are limited to times when the relevant team members can participate together.
When to take it
Before the decision.
Before an investment. Before a partnership. Before a project.
Before a negotiation. Before the next commitment.
The session is not designed to confirm a position you have already taken. It is designed to examine what you know, what you are assuming and what you may not yet have considered.
Discretion
Your matter remains your matter.
We do not use client names, logos or engagement details to establish our credibility.
We apply the same discretion to your matter.
We ask that you assess us by the quality of our questions, the clarity of our reasoning and the value of the outcome.
Availability
The relevant team. One conversation.
Sessions are offered when the team members required for your matter are available to participate together.
When a suitable time becomes available, it will appear on the calendar.

By the end of the session, you should have greater clarity on:

- which assumptions need to be reconsidered;
- what is known and what remains unknown;
- whether the matter is worth pursuing; and
- whether there is a clear basis for working with Nobody Management Consultancies.
The session ends with a clear decision on whether there is a basis to proceed together. Proceed or do not proceed.
